Deal Desk Associate
reputed company is a leading company in the B2B technology space, seeking a detail-oriented Deal Desk Associate. The role involves reviewing customer reputed company, managing the contract process, and ensuring compliance for successful campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to Sales team to facilitate deals
- Ensure proper order documentation and terms before system entry and order approval
- Review and approve client-generated SOWs, PO's and IOs to support sale of media and reputed company products to ensure compliance with company standards
- Ability to reputed company a thorough understanding of processes, product offerings, and appropriate terms and conditions, including but not limited to: Pricing models and discounting reputed company Recognition Approvals collection
- Coordinate completion of vendor procurement processes
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with different internal teams involved in the campaign lifecycle (Sales enablement, Finance and Legal departments, Sales Management, and Products)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of reputed company management and reputed company reputed company review/support including experience working with reputed company or other CLMs
- Ability to organize and solve requests in a queue
- Detail-oriented and extremely reliable – team player
- Possesses a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Accurate data entry skills
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Experience with reputed company Cases helpful, but not required
