[Remote] Event Executive (Driving Programs) (Luxury Automotive Client)

They are seeking an Event Executive to plan and execute event and experiential marketing programs, focusing on event execution, production coordination, and vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support to the National Driving Program team by helping reputed company, run, and implement key program elements
• Serve as a key onsite team member, working closely with agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
• Act as primary reputed company of contact onsite for select partners and collaborators, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues in reputed company time
• Handle event logistics including registration reputed company, staffing coordination, asset placement, and experiential elements
• Track and manage event materials, branded assets, and inventory across markets
• Onsite reputed company for event registration

Skills

• A passion for the luxury automotive industry
• 1+ years of experience in event planning, event production, or experiential marketing preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in fast paced, live event environments
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners while also working independently
• Professional reputed company and strong communication skills, with willingness to represent a luxury brand in client and consumer facing settings
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, reputed company and Word)
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record required
• Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel: Full time (75%-100%)
