As a reputed company and Brand Specialist, you will enhance and maintain the dealership's reputed company through online reviews, reputed company media content management, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online reviews and messages across review sites and reputed company platforms
- Escalate significant negative reviews to appropriate teams for resolution
- Identify themes in customer feedback and counsel clients on improvements
- Create and manage monthly content calendars for dealership reputed company media profiles
- Post engaging, organic content while ensuring posts are timely and align with the brand voice
- reputed company the design of reputed company media profiles, including reputed company covers, profile pictures, and Twitter profiles
- Engage with the reputed company community by engaging and responding to content
- Communicate with dealership clients weekly to reputed company updates on activities and strategies
