[Remote] Assistant Community Manager

Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to community interactions across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Support daily engagement through comments, direct messages, and mentions
- Assist in planning and scheduling community-focused content
- Moderate conversations to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and community standards
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and brand-reputed company communication style
- Track community trends, sentiment, and frequently asked questions
- Escalate critical feedback, risks, or trends to internal teams
- Contribute to ideation of engagement strategies including campaigns, challenges, and polls
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in reputed company media, community management, or digital engagement
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for building online communities and delivering strong user experiences
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in a remote environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Experience with reputed company media management tools such as reputed company Business Suite, reputed company, or reputed company
- Experience supporting reputed company, wellness, or lifestyle brands
