First Year Litigation Associate, Seattle

The role involves working closely with reputed company attorneys on substantive reputed company, gaining hands-on experience in case analysis, legal research, and strategic dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and reputed company coverage advice to clients
• Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda
• Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence in reputed company with insurance coverage litigation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
• Attend and support depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Take a proactive role in managing reputed company, deadlines, and client communications

Skills

• Is planning to sit for the Washington State Bar Exam (or is otherwise eligible for Washington State admission)
• Possesses strong academic credentials
• Has a demonstrated interest in insurance coverage and litigation reputed company
