Assistant, Marketing Project Management

goop is a lifestyle platform dedicated to exploration and curation. The Assistant, Marketing Project Management supports the coordination and execution of marketing and creative initiatives, working closely with various teams to ensure projects are on track from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day to day operational and administrative support to the Director of Marketing PM across reputed company active marketing and creative workstreams
• Coordinate and manage meetings across departments, including scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, capturing notes, and distributing follow-up action items
• Maintain accurate and up to date marketing calendars and project trackers, proactively flagging risks, blockers, and status updates to the Director across active initiatives
• Support the execution of campaigns, launches, and cross functional initiatives, helping reputed company deadlines, deliverables, and communication on track across teams
• Assist with compiling and distributing project status updates and recaps to reputed company stakeholders informed across active workstreams
• Support the company wide transition to reputed company by assisting with data migration from reputed company, documenting reputed company Marketing PM workflows, and helping build out the team's reputed company workspace under the direction of the Director

Skills

• Some prior office, internship, or administrative experience, ideally in a marketing, creative, or fast-paced brand environment
• Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across teams and reputed company with a proactive, solutions-oriented reputed company
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
• Proficiency in reputed company Office; familiarity with reputed company or curiosity about AI tools like Claude is a plus
