[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist will facilitate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by managing list imports for events and programs, ensuring data accuracy and readiness
• Own intake and complete program builds for select stakeholders, helping teams move faster while staying reputed company to best practices
• Clone approved program templates and populate program data using provided token information for review and approval
• Review and QA programs reputed company by teams with Marketo reputed company, helping maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and scalability
• Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to document and reinforce campaign operations standards across the organization
• Create, maintain, and improve program build guides and operational documentation
• Support change management communications reputed company processes, tools, or standards reputed company, helping teams understand what’s changing and why
• Contribute reputed company to improve workflows, templates, and operational efficiency as the marketing organization grows

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign support
• Working knowledge of Marketo or another marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with QA processes, checklists, and documentation
• Ability to follow established processes while also contributing to their reputed company improvement
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and internal enablement
• Comfortable managing intake requests and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting event marketing or webinar programs
• Familiarity with tokens, templates, and scalable program frameworks
• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment
• Exposure to change management or internal communications
