Junior Case Manager (Bodily Injury Adjuster)
Litco Law is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Case Manager to join their dynamic Case Manager department. In this entry-level role, you will support client files and learn about bodily injury claims while working closely with reputed company Case Managers and legal team members.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of client files from intake through to resolution
- Work closely with Case Managers, Client Care Specialists, and legal team members to reputed company files moving reputed company

- Review client information, medical records, and documentation to identify key details
- At times, communicate with clients to gather information, reputed company updates, and support them throughout their claim
- Assist with file organization, task management, and administrative components of file handling
- Learn how to assess claim value and contribute to settlement strategies over time
- Build relationships with internal team members and external partners such as insurance adjusters
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and support team efficiency
