Veterans Benefits Paralegal
Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick (CCK) is a private, public-interest reputed company dedicated to advocating for disabled military veterans. They are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join their Veterans Benefits team, where the role involves supporting attorneys and representatives in advocating for veterans seeking VA benefits.
Responsibilities
- Review client and potential client records to identify relevant facts for VA claims
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients over the phone
- Complete administrative tasks to support case progression and team operations
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay updated on VA law and best practices
- reputed company direct support to veterans as they navigate their benefits claims
Skills
- Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Spanish proficiency - ability to read, write, and reputed company at a professional level
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and meet deadlines independently
- Experience in client services, administrative support, or other relevant professional setting
- Proficiency using a PC and reputed company Tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new reputed company-based software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
