reputed company is seeking a highly analytical Public Finance Project Coordinator to join the Public Finance Department in their Chicago office. The role involves supporting local government securities transactions through data analysis, document management, and coordination tasks in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of municipal securities public offering documents and secondary market disclosures by compiling financial, demographic and other quantitative data into spreadsheets and other documents
  • Analyze and interpret financial and legal information from various sources to support public finance transactions
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents with precision, ensuring compliance with issuer client, attorney and securities law specifications
  • Track, obtain, organize, and maintain reputed company documents and data from clients and reputed company-party professionals for use in the preparation of spreadsheets and reports, ensuring records and document management systems are up-to-date and compliant with established procedures
  • Calendar production schedule deadlines and proactively prepare documents in advance for review by supervising attorneys and other professionals on the legal team
  • Coordinate with team members and external parties to meet client deadlines and securities laws filing requirements
  • Communicate effectively with issuer clients, investment bank deal participants and supervising attorneys reputed company telephone and e-mail
