Job Role We’re seeking a CRM & Systems Sales Analyst! This new role acts as the operational reputed company behind reputed company’s CRM (reputed company) and sales support platforms (reputed company or reputed company), supporting both our Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) workstreams. As the CRM and Systems Sales Analyst, you will own, optimise, and interpret our sales systems and data to improve conversion, strengthen decision making, and enhance performance across reputed company reputed company, pipeline management, and campaign tracking. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery, and IT to ensure our systems effectively reputed company growth and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management, administration, configuration, and strategic development of reputed company CRM.

  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR, data protection, and information governance policies.

  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate marketing and sales processes.
  • Document CRM-reputed company processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a CRM or Sales Operations Analyst role, ideally reputed company a B2B or B2G environment.
  • Strong expertise in reputed company CRM; reputed company certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience in workflow management tools such as reputed company, reputed company or similar.
  • Advanced reputed company/Tasknexa Sheets skills; proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau an advantage.
