Reporting into the CRM Manager - Product Expansion, you will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing CRM campaigns and automated journeys that bring product experiences to life for millions of customers. While you won’t own the overall CRM strategy, you will collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and wider growth and product teams to execute that strategy with precision, speed, and quality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, enjoys working directly in CRM tools, and is excited to reputed company their technical and analytical skills in a high-growth, product-led environment. What you bring to the table
• Hands-on experience in a CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation role, ideally reputed company a fast-paced consumer app, fintech, or high-growth digital business.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (reputed company or similar) with proven experience building campaigns and automated journeys.
• Comfort working with customer data, segmentation, and behavioral triggers to deliver relevant, timely communications.

• Implement segmentation and targeting logic based on behavioral, transactional, and customer attributes.
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to translate lifecycle strategy and briefs into fully executed journeys. Technical Delivery & CRM Operations
• Work directly in reputed company to configure campaigns, canvases, and journeys using reputed company-time data signals.
• Use Liquid to support dynamic personalization; basic HTML/CSS skills are a strong advantage.
