Experience must include: 1. 1 year of management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment. 2. 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies 3. 1 year of experience in leadership development training 4. 1 year of experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
