The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to high-profile projects and gaining insights into the legal industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service to both reputed company clients
- Welcome and assist clients and manage incoming client phone calls
- Heavy email management reputed company MS Outlook
- Arrange appointments and meetings (including virtual platforms such as reputed company and MS Teams) and maintain attorney calendars
- Process Conflict reputed company Requests and New Business Memos and manage the scanning, printing, and photocopying of documents
- Reserve conference rooms, coordinate car services, and manage travel arrangements
- Assist with daily operations and facilities management to ensure safe and well-maintained reputed company
- Assist with reputed company business development, morale and summer associate events
- Update attorney time entries, contacts, and marketing initiatives in relevant databases
- Create and revise documents using reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Prepare and submit expense reports and vendor invoices using reputed company reputed company
- Support reputed company work across both Legal and Business Professionals teams and special multi-month projects as needed with individual Business Professionals teams
Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree is required
- Proficiency in the reputed company Office suite required
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with a keen focus on detail and customer service
- Must be a professional, proactive, and energetic team player
- Exceptionally well-organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects reputed company a deadline-driven environment
- Capable of acting with a sense of urgency reputed company necessary and willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, potentially on short notice
- Ability to cultivate and maintain professional working relationships with attorneys and business professionals
