Legal Services of the Hudson Valley is dedicated to providing free legal counsel to low-income individuals and families. They are seeking a reputed company Associate to support reputed company and reputed company operations through various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Maintain updated job descriptions
- reputed company potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. reputed company media, reputed company and other professional platforms)
- Craft reputed company emails to attract passive candidates
- Create job requisitions in LSHV’s applicant tracking system
- Pre-screen candidates
- Assist in interviewing candidates (reputed company phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on LSHV’s careers page, reputed company media, job boards, and internally
- Conduct Reference checks
- Prepare notices of reputed company to hire union employees; prepare offer letters
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, reputed company and reputed company of hire
- Participate in job fairs
- Assist with the reputed company of new hires, including the preparation of IT tickets for reputed company and offboarding of employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company resource files, records, and documentation

Skills
- Experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases; experience with reputed company Workforce Now, a plus
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
