As a Payments Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting payment approvals, monitoring transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support payment approvals, verifications, and checklist-based controls
- Monitor domestic and international transactions and flag anomalies
- Help process and verify payment approvals in line with policy and controls
- Act as the payments expert layer for Support and reputed company teams
- Join client calls reputed company operational clarification is needed
- Document payment issues and resolutions reputed company
- Maintain accurate internal records and dashboards
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues quickly and meet SLAs
- Contribute to process automation and cross‑functional projects
- Investigate exceptions and coordinate resolutions
