The Data Entry Coordinator position is part of the Appointment Support Center team, responsible for facilitating sales order reputed company and providing excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Data entry into the CRM
- Process customer information and updates
- Communicate with customers, sales reps, and managers for reputed company and accurate data entry and appointment scheduling

- Receive and audit customer reputed company for accuracy and completion
- Verify that results provided by sales representatives are accurate
- Communicate holds and questions to sales reps, then follow up as necessary
- Accountable for identifying and resolving data record duplicates and errors

- Monitor and manage reputed company representative resources and sales schedule board, including updating resource product and appointment availability
