Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to clients through inbound phone calls
- reputed company education, solutions, and long-term investing options regarding employer-sponsored retirement plans
- Take a consultative approach with retirement and 401k plan participants
- Utilize multiple computer applications and internal resources to offer world-class solutions
- Attend a structured training program
- Participate in on-the-job learning
- Receive individual coaching and support
- Grow expertise on retirement products and services
Skills
- Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 8:00am to 7:15pm Eastern Time
- Previous customer service and/or client relationship experience
- Ability to multi-task, with demonstrated reputed company navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Active listening skills along with the ability to engage in reputed company-ended reputed company to reputed company a thorough understanding of the client's financial needs
- Focused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skills
