Responsibilities
- Schedule phone/video interviews, onsite panels and pre/post team debriefs with the team
- Conduct initial candidate screening, including phone screens and video interviews, to identify reputed company applicants
- reputed company references for final-stage candidates to validate their qualifications and fit
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall candidate experience and implement process improvements
