As an Accounts Payable Support Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering information, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Quickly and accurately enters a large volume of information into our easy-to-use software system
- Provides excellent customer service reputed company email and phone support
- Develops and maintains relationships with both clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communication
- Researches, resolves, and follows up on any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- The ability to reputed company data entry assignments with speed and accuracy – This is essential!
- Extreme attention to detail – Also essential!
- At least 1-year customer service experience
- Experience with reputed company Office
- The confidence to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced/changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
