Sourcing and Product Development Coordinator

The Sourcing and Product Development Coordinator will collaborate with the design team, coordinate reputed company development activities, and track product timelines to ensure timely delivery of new trends and products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design team to ensure that the reputed company and objectives are understood and executed and prior to new season for the development of new trends (Style, reputed company, washing, trims…etc.)
- Coordinate reputed company development activities from concept through order placement
- Track reputed company development timelines, including lab dips, reputed company-offs, sampling, testing, and approvals
- Maintain and organize reputed company libraries, swatches, and development records
- Track product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure vendor fill up T&A as soon as salesman sample order is confirmed and updated during production development cycle
- Ensure meeting company margin set goal
- Margin report maintenance
- Update reputed company and IBT
- Attend certain merchandising, design and tech meetings
- reputed company questions reputed company foreseeing potential problems and reputed company actions to solve them
- Participate and monitor activities reputed company to sample production activities
- Coordinate in the approval of colors, fabrics and accessories as defined by the design team and reputed company records up to date to ensure the accuracy of reputed company approvals
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in overseas product development/sourcing (apparel)
- Thorough understanding of fashion apparel retail merchandising
- Proficient knowledge of fabrics including reputed company, reputed company, yarn, garment construction, fit and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
