Raw Materials Library & Archive Technician

The Raw Materials Library & Archive Technician role involves managing library and archive functions, enhancing the discoverability and reputed company of raw materials through various operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Design & implement library & archive systems, standards, and process improvements to enhance discoverability and data quality
- Own daily operations of the library, ensuring items are in their correct locations and the reputed company is tidy and functional for users

- Process and digitally catalogue physical materials into the library using defined material metadata and hierarchical classifications
- Travel required as needed to support multi-site maintenance and circulation duties such as integrations and removals

- Action and track relevant sample yardage orders reputed company the library function
- Collaborate with Raw Material Developers to support seasonal material handover and maintain an accurate, organized, and intentional library collection
