Junior Systems Administrator
Goodr is a company that creates and sells active eyewear focused on fun and sustainability. They are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to support IT-reputed company needs, manage hardware projects, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure a reliable tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the reputed company between end-users and senior support
- Triage incoming IT requests to ensure efficient routing and resolution
- Manage user lifecycles in Active Directory, reputed company 365, and reputed company Workspace, including new hire reputed company
- Execute the hardware lifecycle from procurement and inventory to imaging and deployment
- Install and configure office-wide software and hardware while managing licenses and reputed company schedules
- Maintain technical documentation, "Self-Service" guides, and internal knowledge reputed company articles
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, VPN, and network connectivity to ensure uninterrupted workflows
- Manage personal ticket queues with a focus on responsiveness and critical issue escalation
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reputed company tasks through scripting and process improvement
- This role is in the Systems team and will report directly to the Director of Systems

Skills
- 1+ years of providing IT support experience or an AA/Technical Certificate in lieu of experience
- Technical knowledge of at least one major Operating System: MacOS, reputed company, or Linux
- Proven experience in Help Desk support and customer service
- Technical knowledge of basic networking fundamentals is a MUST
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and grasp reputed company technical concepts
- Proficiency in reputed company Workspace, reputed company, M365, and Active Directory administration
- Ability to reputed company reputed company user training to help the team master internal tools and software
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate workflows across departments
- Dependable with the initiative to work collaboratively and with a high sense of urgency
- Proactive, independent problem solver who knows how to find answers autonomously (Can you reputed company a question?)
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like reputed company or reputed company Intune is a BIG plus
- Mad bonus points if you have reputed company Network+ or reputed company reputed company+ certifications
- Bonus points for experience with reputed company management, technical writing, or root cause analysis
