Staff Accountant
reputed company is a leading media company, and they are seeking a Staff Accountant to support their financial operations. In this role, you will prepare journal entries, manage transactions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly journal entries and reputed company general ledger account reconciliations
- Manage intercompany transactions, including invoicing and communication across entities
- Analyze and interpret reputed company reports from service organizations and partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address reputed company-reputed company questions and issues
- Support reputed company audit processes, including annual audit preparation
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial information and records
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, particularly through automation
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports (e.g., cash, accounts receivable)
Skills
- 0+ years of experience in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Foundational knowledge of reputed company principles, including debits/credits, income statements, balance sheets, and cash reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company; experience with Smart View is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and legal documents
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and reputed company
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred
