Member Service Representative (Call Center), Hybrid
Canvas Credit Union is dedicated to transforming financial services and providing support to their members. They are seeking a Member Service Representative to work in their Communications Center, where the role involves educating members on financial products, processing transactions, and providing ethical product solutions.

- STAND shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and your teammates over our peaks and valleys
Skills
- Availability to work any of the three shifts: reputed company-6pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 9am-1pm, 7:50am-4:50pm Monday-Friday, or 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
- Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Saturday — 40 hours per week
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services environment
- Understanding of financial products and services
- Comfortable and confident recommending and processing financial products like loans
- Ability to process transactions with courtesy and professionalism
- Ability to reputed company advanced transactions like IRAs, CDs, reputed company accounts, reputed company transfers, and handle disputes
- Strong communication skills to reputed company members on financial solutions
- Ability to work well with others and reputed company change
- Passion for helping others and a desire for a career, not just a paycheck
- Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish
- Experience in a leadership position at the reputed company workplace
