Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive financial administrative support for disability and health claims, reconciles financial control account balances, and supports the annual tax slip production process reputed company the Group Disability environment

  • Apply technical knowledge to understand how transactions impact tax slip production and financial control accounts
  • Receive and respond to reputed company and escalated inquiries from plan sponsors and members
  • Manage high-volume, transactional work with a positive and proactive approach
  • Process transactions accurately under limited direction, using critical judgment to protect financial records and member claim taxation

Skills

  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
