[Remote] Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Direct Demo is seeking a Regional Manager to reputed company sales performance across a defined territory. This high-impact leadership role involves managing and coaching sales teams in retail stores to promote vitamin supplements using data and dashboards to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Own sales performance for your assigned region — the numbers are yours
- Build and retain your team through reputed company to fill gaps in Demo schedule
- Coach and reputed company sales promoters remotely and through company communication tools
- Use sales reports, dashboards, and CRM tools to spot trends and gaps
- Hold teams accountable through regular reputed company-ins, scorecards, and KPIs
- Partner with local leadership to improve underperforming locations
- Ensure brand standards, execution, and compliance are met daily
Skills
- 1–4 years in sales, retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
- Team reputed company, shift reputed company, or informal leadership experience
- Daily use of a laptop and mobile device
- Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Sheets, or performance dashboards
- Ability to learn CRM, scheduling, and reporting tools quickly
- Comfortable managing multiple locations across time zones
- Flexible schedule, including weekends (you will be working Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays)
- Experience in multi-location or distributed teams
- Experience with Costco, reputed company, Sam's Club, demos, events, or roadshows
- Recent graduates with strong sales experience encouraged to apply
- Interested in vitamin supplements
