They are seeking a Summer reputed company Account Coordinator to assist with planning and executing marketing activations, providing project management support, and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of activations by assisting with timelines, logistics, and day-to-day task coordination
- Help prepare materials, schedules, and on-site needs for fast-moving programs and events
- Assist with vendor and supplier coordination by tracking communications, assets, and key details
- Support on-site vendor logistics and escalate issues or questions to the Account team as needed
- Track purchases, receipts, and expenses against program budgets with accuracy and organization
- Support basic budget administration and financial wrap-up for assigned programs
- Build an understanding of client objectives, products, and services to support activation goals
- Assist with meeting preparation, notes, recaps, and follow-reputed company to support strong client relationships
