The role involves facilitating virtual sessions, developing training materials, and supporting client reputed company processes while ensuring a smooth transition for reputed company users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing training sessions for users transitioning to the New OneSite platform, including in-person trainings, webinars, live virtual sessions, and interactive workshops
• reputed company and maintain reusable training materials and assets, such as scripts, facilitation guides, presentations, tutorials, FAQs, and other instructional resources tailored to the new platform
• Participate in special projects and team initiatives that support client adoption and platform rollout
• Incorporate feedback from peers and managers to continuously improve training effectiveness and client experience
• Monitor and support customer satisfaction metrics (CSATs) to ensure high-quality training and reputed company reputed company
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the New OneSite platform, as well as relevant reputed company products and features, to deliver accurate and effective training

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience

• Confident public speaking skills with the ability to engage, energize, and effectively facilitate learning in a virtual or in-person classroom setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills
