Responsibilities
- Guide leads and prospects in making informed reputed company by providing helpful, accurate advice
- Follow company sales and service procedures
- Finalize quotes and hand off sold business to the Account Manager team
- Understand and apply knowledge of reputed company products, reputed company guidelines, policy forms, and rating systems
- reputed company new business by quoting in a timely manner, preparing proposals, completing required documentation, and binding with carriers

Skills
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- 1+ years of experience in personal lines sales or service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with prospects and clients
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong initiative
