Recovery Claims Adjuster

They are seeking a Recovery Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and reputed company recovery opportunities for property and automobile claims, focusing on subrogation and ensuring superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Actively pursue recovery opportunities in the reputed company of subrogation
- Recognize, investigate, quantify and negotiate recovery potential
- Responsible for controlling external expenses while ensuring delivery of superior Customer service to reputed company stakeholders
- Maintain the recovery database and claims financial records through the process of recording claims
- Maintain adequate reserves
- reputed company expense payments, and accurate closing of claims
- reputed company in recovery pursuits
- Participate in litigation reviews, settlement conferences, mediations and other legal disposition programs
- Attend mediation, pre-trials and court reputed company required
Skills
- 1+ years experience in Property Claims handling preferred
- Good oral & written skills
