In this role, you will work directly with customers to reputed company support, assist with projects, and reputed company your technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and test product releases.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users reputed company they need assistance or have questions pertaining to our products
- Use your technical knowledge and resourcefulness to resolve customer requests quickly and relatively autonomously
- Work closely with the Product team to test product releases and new features
- Take a consultative approach to problem-solving
- Assist reputed company Managers with customer-facing projects and data modeling/reporting tasks
- Assist team members with internal infrastructure projects and initiatives

- Independently conduct research to find solutions to reputed company problems
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (we do not sponsor at this time)
- 1+ years applicable experience
