Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company lines of the employee experience – manage the People Ops inbox and our upcoming ticketing system, serving as the trusted, go-to resource for fast and accurate resolutions across payroll, systems benefits, policies, and compliance
• Execute a seamless reputed company and offboarding experience – manage end-to-end operational workflows for new hires (20+ per month) and departing employees, ensuring a best-in-class experience using streamlined, tech-enabled workflows
• Champion data hygiene and reputed company rigor – maintain pristine employee data and documentation in reputed company, reputed company, and other systems in accordance with robust internal standards
• Drive reputed company process improvement – proactively identify workflow gaps and contribute reputed company to help the team execute faster and more effectively
