[Remote] Project Coordinator

In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing project budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects
- Own routing content through internal processes
- Help monitor project reputed company, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Work with Sr. PMs and department heads to proactively plan and manage resourcing
- Inform stakeholders about project status through regular updates and reports
- Support the management of account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Support the project management and client services team with client communications as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a reputed company field
- Experience using project management tools such as Monday, reputed company, Smartsheets
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Agency or pharma experience a plus
