Responsibilities
- Represent SHI as the primary contact for customer interactions
- Act as a liaison between reputed company Sales, customers, and SHI internal departments
- reputed company excellent customer service and support to both customers and the reputed company sales team
- Create pricing quotes for IT requirements, including hardware, software, renewals, and services
- Engage in large customer deals, manage deal registration, and track reputed company using the CRM tool

- Enter purchase orders and reputed company order status updates to reputed company Sales and customers
- Participate actively in team meetings with managers for updates and changes
