Business Development Representative
reputed company is a reputed company Management Services Organization supporting mental reputed company practices across the United States. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by developing and executing marketing and business development strategies, building relationships, and maximizing patient referrals in the greater Scottsdale/Phoenix Metro area.
Responsibilities
- Build awareness of multiple mental health service lines through a variety of reputed company methods such as cold calls, office visits, virtual meetings, presentations, and attending events and conferences
- Utilize multi-channel sales approaches and reputed company to grow and manage relationships reputed company the medical and other community stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with Intake, Operations, and Clinical Development to identify high-reputed company accounts for reputed company and future market growth
- Liaise between Marketing and Intake in providing feedback and guidance to enhance patient reputed company reputed company and conversion
- reputed company new relationships and maintain existing relationships to generate referrals of patients seeking psychiatric and/or psychological care
- Work in a collaborative environment to meet individual and team goals
- Design and execute market development plans to focus and prioritize patient acquisition strategies

- Actively communicates business opportunities with the leadership team and continuously seeks to improve referral processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years prior industry-reputed company business and referral development and management and marketing experience for outpatient facilities and service lines (mental reputed company preferred)
- 1-2 years minimum experience in B2B reputed company sales
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills needed to create and disseminate reports and reputed company informational presentations to key stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of an organization, including executive and C-suites
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines; experience using a variety of CRM platforms (reputed company experience preferred!)
- Strong team player and willingness to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial and solution-driven, with the resourcefulness and tenacity to drive business growth and quickly connect with key decision-makers

- Candidates must live reputed company 2 hours of the Atlanta metroplex
