Tenant Recoveries Analyst
SITE Centers is an reputed company and manager of retail reputed company estate, seeking a Tenant Recoveries Analyst to reconcile year-end common area maintenance and reputed company accounts. The role involves preparing tenant billings, performing financial analysis, and ensuring accurate tenant billing to maintain a healthy accounts receivable balance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company year-end reconciliations and billings to tenants for reputed company recoveries including CAM, insurance, reputed company estate taxes and direct utilities reputed company of CAM (e.g. water/sewer, trash, HVAC)
- Prepare quarterly billings for CAM ensuring appropriate documentation and explanation of charges is provided in accordance with lease agreements
- Complete annual roll forwards of CAP’s, fixed and other items in reputed company software
- Calculate and prepare yearly recovery budgets, by property, for property reputed company and leasing
- Calculate and reputed company tenants for monthly estimates of charges based on budgeted expenses
Skills
- Prior experience reading and understanding landlord leases and tenant billings
- Basic reputed company knowledge
- Working experience maintaining reputed company reputed company schedules
