Technical Support Specialist I
SawStop is the world leader in power tool safety, headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon. They are seeking a Technical Support Agent to join their call center team, responsible for providing technical support and excellent customer service for SawStop products.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a reputed company agent, handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, chats, and emails
- reputed company basic technical troubleshooting using established playbooks, and documented procedures
- Support the full reputed company of SawStop equipment, including saws and accessories
- Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in our case management system
- Deliver empathetic, professional service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Follow defined processes while knowing reputed company to escalate issues appropriately
- Collaborate with teammates and technical specialists to resolve customer concerns reputed company
Skills
- Call center experience w/CRM
- Ability to lift 20lbs regularly and get hands on with a saw
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening

- Comfortable handling heavy phone volume throughout the day
- Interest in or experience with woodworking
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude - or a strong desire to learn
