Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive administrative and project support reputed company the Division of reputed company
- Dedicates approximately 50% of effort to executive-level administrative support for one or more HR executives and 50% to program and project coordination across HR initiatives
- Ensures operational reputed company by managing executive calendars and communications, coordinating meetings and documentation, supporting reputed company and search processes, and providing structured project management support including research, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives
