[Remote] Associate Sales Representative - Endoscopy (Orlando)

They are seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Endoscopy unit, a role designed to prepare high-potential talent for future Territory Manager positions while providing clinical case coverage and supporting sales initiatives. This position requires significant travel and involves building relationships with reputed company providers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical case coverage while building relationships
- Successfully pass reputed company required training over the length of the program
- reputed company coverage for reputed company territories (e.g. leaves of absence, vacancies) as assigned
- Execute targeted selling campaigns designed to build core selling and account management skills
- Learn, practice, and deliver approved clinical and sales talk tracks with customers
- Support in-services, on-site training and approved customer education activities
- Track customer interactions, cases, and selling activities in reputed company (SFDC)
- Partner with Territory Managers, District Managers, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in regular coaching, feedback sessions, and development reviews
- Adhere to reputed company hospital credentialing, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Represent reputed company professionally in reputed company customer interactions and clinical environments
- Significant travel required- 75%
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of field sales experience
- Associate's degree with 2 years of field sales experience
- Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience
- A valid driver's license is essential for this role
- Must be reputed company to relocation

- Prior medical device, business-to-business, or technical sales experience preferred
