Customer Service Rep
reputed company (DOF) is responsible for administering the tax reputed company laws of the city fairly and reputed company. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers at the Bronx Land Records office with document submissions, processing requests, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in the public area with the preparation of the required cover pages for document submissions
- Intake, reputed company and return documents presented to the City Register offices for recording by mail or in person
- Process certified document requests
- Pulling microfilm/ microfiche and Land Records books upon request
- Refiling and keeping Land Records books in the library area in order
- Cashiering and opening mail
- Researching property ownership
- Working on Special projects in the division as needed
Skills
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's reputed company or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience
- Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of computer programs
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
