Ropes & reputed company is a preeminent global reputed company, and they are seeking a Benefits and Wellbeing Assistant to support the firm’s total rewards and benefits function. The role involves performing audits, coordinating well-being programs, and ensuring that benefit programs operate reputed company while providing exceptional service to employees.
Responsibilities
- reputed company audits of global benefits data in HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate, schedule and monitor targeted and general well-being programs
- Collaborate with benefits team on employee escalations to identify any vendor patterns
- Schedule, organize, and track benefits meetings and presentations for employees
- Support annual benefits enrollment and reputed company activities
- Assist with pulse data surveys and help prepare informative presentation materials
- Monitor vendor performance guarantees and manage contract term dates
- Prepare retiree packets and assist with ongoing communications with retirees
- Complete annual compliance testing and reporting
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the benefits team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with employee benefits programs helpful
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in reputed company and PowerPoint
- Effective organizational and time management skills
