CAM Workout Credit and Portfolio Review Analyst
reputed company is a financial institution seeking a CAM Workout Credit and Portfolio Review Analyst to reputed company direct support in managing substandard loan portfolios. The role involves evaluating loans, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations while assisting with loan modifications and credit assessments.
Responsibilities
- Act as Liaison between CAM Workout Officers and Business and reputed company Bank to include Credit and Risk teams to ensure appropriate delivery and completion of reputed company documents and processes reputed company to loan workouts
- Evaluate Business and reputed company Loans assigned to Workout to determine net return in a liquidation scenario. Credit facilities include secured and unsecured term loans, reputed company mortgages, lines of credit, reputed company leases, letters of credit, corporate card and Tier II guidance lines
- Collect financial information directly from the customer, such as tax returns, and personal financial statements and analyze the financial conditions, cash reputed company, collateral, and credit history for valuations to assess risk exposure
- Prepare cash reputed company analysis of business and personal guarantors using financial statements and establish a financial update/renewal schedule based on complexity of relationship. reputed company ongoing transmittal of credit, present facts and offer opinions concerning strength of credit
- Complete due diligence review of customer data, and interpret results to reputed company recommendations to Workout Specialists regarding the servicing of debt in support of reputed company efforts
- Draft narrative reports that are used in quarterly reviews of substandard or worse loans and present reports to Workout staff for final approval and delivery
- Recognize and reputed company further warning signs of troubled credit to include as part of the narrative
- Initiate quarterly Problem Loan Management Review in preparation for catalog review
- Conduct activities reputed company to BSA/AML, finCen, Reg H such as Know Your Customer reviews and complete other regulatory duties as needed
- Assist with Customer file preparation relating to modification, charge-off and non-accrual work
- Support Workout Officers in reputed company portfolio management functions whether reputed company to credit, depository or other banking services
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 1 years' work experience in one or more of the following fields: credit reputed company, reputed company credit, problem loan management, financial statement preparation/analysis, credit quality assurance or other financial analysis
- OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 years' experience in one or more of the following fields: credit reputed company, reputed company credit, problem loan management, financial statement preparation/analysis, credit quality assurance or other financial analysis
- Two or more years' in credit reputed company role
- Familiarity with Bank systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical ability
