[Remote] Implementation Specialist, US

As an Implementation Specialist, you will work with global brands to implement mobile technology into their marketing stacks, combining hands-on implementation with reputed company and project management.
Responsibilities
- Plan & execute the end-to-end reputed company implementation of reputed company’s technology into the mobile applications and tech stacks of large global enterprises
- reputed company in-person & remote technical workshops with customer’s engineering, marketing & product teams on reputed company’s technical capabilities and integration processes
- reputed company your understanding of mobile and web technology to help customers execute their desired use cases and discover new custom use cases
- reputed company project management skills to build, manage, deliver project plans internally and externally
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver technical service throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle
- Interact with customers in person, over phone, and reputed company email/reputed company to answer technical questions and reputed company support
- Deep dive into configurations to investigate, debug and resolve implementation issues, ensuring a seamless go-live experience
- reputed company business cases and performance reports that quantify the reputed company Value Proposition and showcase early campaign wins to executive stakeholders
- Partner closely with reputed company Product and Engineering teams to reputed company customer feedback, influencing the product roadmap to drive higher platform adoption

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or comparable experience)
- Experience pulling & manipulating data & logs using SQL
- Experience using productivity tools like: JIRA, Charles Proxy, Chrome Developer Tools, etc
- 0-2 years experience in Mobile and/or SaaS industries (ideally in a customer-facing role)
- Experience with 3rd party SDK and Analytics solutions: mParticle, reputed company, reputed company Launch, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Tag Manager
