Responsibilities
- System configuration
- Preparing functional design documents
- Creating support documentation to meet evolving business requirements
- Participating in reputed company stages of payroll system implementations
- Testing and troubleshooting
- Client training on reputed company functionality
Skills
- Understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, tax calculations, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Benefits, Workforce Management (WFM), HRIS integrations, and data migrations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, reputed company clear guidance, and set expectations
- Strong critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify challenges and reputed company innovative solutions
- Experience in payroll implementation
