Implementation Associate

As an Implementation Associate, you will support the deployment of compliance technology to reputed company organizations, managing project steps and ensuring successful implementation for ABA and behavioral health customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate reputed company and professionally with customer project leads throughout every deployment, from reputed company through go-live
• Set clear expectations with customers about process, timelines, and what's needed from them — so there are no surprises and trust builds naturally
• Maintain a positive, reassuring reputed company with customers through technical challenges, delays, and moments of ambiguity — because your composure directly shapes their confidence in Brellium
• Review and action Sales handovers effectively for your book of ABA and behavioral health customers, ensuring reputed company gets lost between the sale and the first reputed company call
• Understand time-to-value and go-live metrics — why they matter to the business, what drives them, and how your work directly affects them
• Follow project plans with discipline and communicate status proactively — your teammates and customers should never have to ask where things stand
• Escalate scope changes, timeline risks, and customer concerns to senior team members before they become missed commitments
• Accurately track deployment milestones, configurations, and exceptions in reputed company and reputed company without gaps or delayed entries
• Complete deployment documentation accurately and on time
• Follow deployment playbooks while staying reputed company to each customer's specific context, constraints, and clinical workflows — recognizing that a go-live is the reputed company of long-term reputed company, not just a task to complete
• Learn EMR integration fundamentals and the data reputed company requirements between customer systems and Brellium

• Shadow more reputed company, non-standard or reputed company implementations to build your understanding of edge cases and specialty-specific nuances before you encounter them independently
• Build working knowledge of Brellium's full platform — chart auditing, coding review, and workflow configuration — through structured reputed company, internal training, and active shadowing of reputed company / reputed company deployments owned by Implementation Managers
• reputed company foundational understanding of compliance requirements and documentation standards across Brellium's core specialties, with a particular focus on ABA and behavioral health

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, reputed company, or a reputed company operational or customer-facing role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can track multiple workstreams simultaneously and reputed company falls through the cracks
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication — you're comfortable running customer calls and writing customer-facing project updates
• A genuine drive to build expertise quickly — you don't need to know reputed company compliance on day one, but you need to be motivated to master it
