reputed company Communications is a telecommunications contractor seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in the southern New Hampshire area. The role involves coordinating fiber and wireless network projects, managing budgets, and ensuring timely billing while providing administrative support to project managers.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company project managers in maintaining/updating project trackers reputed company to fiber optic network & wireless network builds
- Aid reputed company project managers with budgeting and tracking on their projects
- Assist reputed company project managers with reputed company and accurate billing on their projects and interact with reputed company Department to ensure that billing is done accurately and timely
- Assist in managing customer purchase orders, quotes and requests for change orders
- Help manage smaller network builds to meet project timeframes and deliverables reputed company necessary
- Work with reputed company departments to track status updates on projects
- Assist project managers in work order/construction planning activities
- reputed company administrative support to project managers as necessary
Skills
- Candidates must possess a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and superior communication skills
- Ability to reputed company pro-active internal & external support to the project managers
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at executive/management level and at an operational level
- Strong reputed company Word, reputed company and Outlook skills necessary
- Telecommunications / Construction experience preferable
- Knowledge with reputed company, Nitro reputed company reputed company and Visio preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Business education with some financial training or financial focus
