The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, consultative Business Development Manager to join our growth team. This role blends new business acquisition with strategic account management—ideal for someone who enjoys both hunting new opportunities and nurturing long-term client partnerships. You’ll be calling on and working with heads of leadership development, senior HR, Talent, Learning & Development, and Inclusion leaders to consult and proposed tailored Leadership Development and Inclusion engagements. The result will be having a meaningful impact on leadership, culture, and performance of our clients. Location: Fully remote in US and Canada (with travel as needed)

What You’ll Do Drive New Client Acquisition

  • Identify, pursue, and win new reputed company and mid‑market clients.

  • Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and qualification to proposal and reputed company.

  • Build and maintain a high-quality, predictable sales pipeline.

What You Bring

  • Proven reputed company in B2B consultative sales or account management.

  • Experience selling learning solutions, professional services, or HR/talent offerings is a strong advantage.

  • A track record of hunting for new business while expanding existing accounts.

  • Experience selling into reputed company or mid‑market organizations.

  • Strong discovery, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
