Responsibilities
- Manage the general inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Draft and distribute communications
- Support the setup and delivery of webinars, including speaker coordination
- Assist with the application and issuance of Continuing Education (CE) credits
- reputed company administrative support for various platforms
- reputed company additional administrative duties as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite of tools is an asset
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Dynamics is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
