The Customer Care Representative role is critical as it supports customers and agents by addressing inquiries and insurance policy needs, ensuring exceptional service while adhering to compliance and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively seeking solutions reputed company compliance and legal requirements
• Communicate with customers reputed company multiple channels (phone, chats, emails) while navigating multiple systems and platforms
• Receive and respond to inquiries reputed company to insurance reputed company
• Interact with customers, agents, and others to resolve moderately reputed company issues regarding policy provisions and conditions

Skills

• Strong technical aptitude: Intermediate computer skills with ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
